2nd bottle and i love it

im biased towards the entire rice line from tfs. the toner is a bit thicker than some watery toners, but it makes my skin feel super moisturised (i have VERY dry & sensitive skin) and it doesnt irritate my skin as much as other toners

Really moisturising

The toner is more moisturising than I expected. The texture isnt watery like mamonde's rose toner, but feels more like japanese "lotion" toners with a thicker consistency but it absorbs really fast. Can be used as a mask if you soak some cotton pads with the toner
